ANLCA ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

The National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) is structured in a centralized yet decentralized manner, with a central headquarters in Rabat and an extensive territorial network. This architecture ensures the effective deployment of the Agency’s missions across the entire national territory.

ANLCA’s central services are structured around four functional departments with complementary roles:

Designs educational programs, develops teaching tools tailored to various target groups, trains instructors, and creates distance learning modules.

Oversees strategic planning, conducts studies, monitors and evaluates programs, and manages statistical data and information systems.

Manages budgeting, human resources, procurement, and general administrative services, ensuring smooth logistical and operational functioning.

Builds and manages national and international partnerships, mobilizes external resources, and oversees ANLCA’s institutional communication.

A Strong Territorial Network

To ensure proximity to target populations and local ownership of its programs, ANLCA relies on a robust regional network:

Coordinate regional initiatives, monitor partners, and lead the regional fight against illiteracy.

Implement programs at the local level in close collaboration with associations, local authorities, public institutions, and other territorial stakeholders.
