In line with Article 31 of the Constitution, which guarantees citizens the right to equal access to public employment based on merit, and in accordance with Dahir No. 1.58.008 establishing the general civil service regulations, the National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) organizes recruitment competitions based on its human resource needs.
Each competition is governed by an official announcement and is published on the public employment portal, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all candidates.
